listerine total care enamel guard mouthwash: review

The Claims
Listerine Total Care Enamel Guard provides all-round protection for enamel. Specially formulated with a double fluoride concentration, to protect teeth against decay by repairing and restoring the enamel. It’s hydrodynamic ability enables it to reach all five exposed tooth surfaces and is proven to:
1. Strengthen tooth enamel, even in hard to reach areas
2. Kill bad bacteria, reducing plaque between the teeth, and freshening breath
3. Repair weak spots before cavities start
4. Replace minerals lost due to acid attack, restoring the health & strength of your teeth

The Reality
It's rather difficult to assess if all of the mouthwash's extensive claims are true. However I have been using the mouthwash daily for almost a year and I have definitely seen a reduction in plaque. I always find that my mouth is left feeling fresh and clean after use. I have tried several different mouthwashes and the listerine fresh mint one is definitely my favourite.

The Packaging
The mouthwash comes in a plastic bottle with a screw cap.
