In today's post I shall be reviewing the Mac Brush Cleanser.
The Claims
"This one product will clean disinfect and condition the brush fibres so that brushes will last longer. It is convenient to use and is specifically designed to extend the life of high quality brushes. Brush Cleanser leaves your brushes smelling fresh and clean and helps shorten there drying time."

The Reality
This is a really quick and effective spot cleanser for my brushes. I usually pour a little on to a paper towel and rub my brushes back and forth to remove the colour. The brushes dry in just a few minutes and feel fresh and clean. The brush cleanser can also be used for a more deeper clean by dipping the brush into the cleanser and then rinsing with water.
The Packaging
I don't like the packaging. At the moment the top can leak product which is a bit wasteful. The brush cleanser would be more effectively packaged in a spray top bottle. This would allow you to get enough product with out being wasteful.

I actually really hate the Bobbi Brown brush shampoo but this one sounds like a winner! Definitely going to try to pick up a sample or I'll just bite the bullet and buy when when I return to the States!

I haven't actually tried any alternatives this was the first one I bought and have just stuck to it because I liked it! I think I might try something new once I finish this one though!
