I bought The Body Shop Shower Gel thinking it would be a fresh and lovely scent for spring. In this post I shall be reviewing this product and sharing my thoughts with you. .
The Claims
This soap-free shower gel contains real lemon seed oil and has a zesty citrus scent.

- Lather-rich
- Fresh citrus scent
The Reality
A zesty citrus scent it certainly does have. Unfortunately I found it a little too zesty, personally I thought it smelt a bit like washing up liquid.
Leaving the scent aside the product is a reasonably priced shower gel. It lathers up nicely and leaves me feeling clean. Furthermore my skin did not dry out from using the product.
Unfortunately with this product the sweet lemon became sickly sweet lemon and it won't be a scent I will be repurchasing. I did however really love the smell of the cassis rose shower gel from The Body Shop which I mentioned in my April Emptie's Post. Scent's are truly a matter of personal taste!

Hmm.. I can understand the lemon part here. Maybe you can try the Japanese Cherry Blossom which I really liked or my all time favorite Nivea Harmony Time. :)

Well detailed review. I've tried their scrub+shower gel Tatsuma long time back, but always find it too harsh.
